Natural Health and Wellbeing
Contact: Kirsty PorterBiographical Info
I am a traditional Naturopath and former enrolled nurse. I graduated from the Naturopathic College of New Zealand in 2006.
I offer naturopathic consultations, hair testing for intolerances and sensitivities and massage, working from a trauma informed, judgement free space.
In my practice I often use Homeobotanical herbal drops and Australian bush flower essences. Sometimes combining them together to synergistically help bring body systems, organs and emotional aspects back into balance. They provide a safe, effective modality with a subtle and gentle action and are considered safe alongside medication.
My approach is practical and holistic- encompassing nutrition, lifestyle and connection. I believe healthcare should be simple, accessible and affordable.
I have a special interest in addiction support using natural remedies to support recovery for both the person and their family.
