Biographical Info
NeuroCurious Coaching offers one-on-one health coaching for neurodivergent adults, including Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, gifted, and highly sensitive people.
Lou is a HCANZA-registered health coach with a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach – supporting clients to understand their needs and make changes that support their wellbeing. Sessions are available in person in New Plymouth or over Zoom, and she also delivers webinars and workshops for organisations and community groups across Aotearoa.
Where? Sessions are available in person in New Plymouth or nationwide over Zoom
When? Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Other times available by arrangement only.
Who? Those over 18 years. Along with community groups, workplaces, education providers.
We accept self referrals. Costs vary.
