Care On Call provides personalised in-home and community care to support people to live independently in their own homes.
We offer 24/7 support tailored to each person’s needs, preferences and lifestyle, including household management, personal care, meal preparation, childcare and companionship. We take the time to match you with the right caregivers and prioritise consistency of care, helping build trusted and lasting relationships.
We also offer Individualised Funding (IF) Host services and a purpose-built Funding Platform, giving you and your whānau greater control over your Flexible Funding budget.
Our team can help you understand your care options and connect you with the right support. Services may be accessed through referrals from GPs, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, NASC and ACC, or by contacting us directly.
Free in-home assessments are available with no pressure or obligation; just genuine care and a commitment to better outcomes through high-quality, person-centred support.
