Offering support for life, relationships, and energetics through individual, couples, and group sessions for both adolescents and adults.
Jessica works alongside you to co-create an intentional, supportive environment where you can build the skills, insight, and strategies needed to move forward and live a more fulfilling life.
At the heart of this work is whakawhanaungatanga—the ongoing process of building and nurturing relationships, starting from within.
Together with her husband, social worker Travis Edeland, Jessica also offers joint couples sessions to provide deeper, more integrated support.
In addition, Jessica collaborates with Aileen Katanella through Creative Connections NZ, offering unique playshops and natural products that foster creativity, connection, and wellbeing.
